All of my mills are made of the finest food grade tempered stainless steel grinding mechanisms made in the U.S.A. available with a lifetime warranty. They are adjustable from fine to course by simply turning the knob on top and are held in place by a spring so as to not having to constantly adjust the size. Each mill is turned one at a time making each mill quite exclusive, as no two are ever exactly alike. Many are made from Rare, Exotic and unusual woods from around the world. Salt mills are usually available in the same size and wood variety upon request. |

I take the extra time and material necessary to line many of the mill chambers with plastic to stop any possible cross contamination of possible wood resins with the peppercorns which may alter the taste. It will be noted in the description of the mill if it is lined. |
